We start with an on-site system survey, receiving customer input, and ensuring a mutual understanding of process goals. Line diagrams are produced as communication tools to highlight areas for potential improvement and optimization (see Line Diagram Link).
Performing jar tests is critical in determining the optimal polymer for the customer’s current sludge. Testing is extensive and covers a wide range of possible applications (see Solenis Brochure).
Once a product or products is selected, a full-scaletrial is scheduled to demonstrate the expected operational performance of the polymer. (see Test Results link)
To ensure the polymer's optimal performance, we can bring trial equipment to demonstrate the effectiveness of maximizing the performance of excellent chemical feed systems.
